Website Hosting & Domain Management
Hosting is the foundation of your website. Security, performance, optimization, and ease of use all depend on it. We offer premium hosting for all our clients, ensuring a reliable and secure environment.
- Full Domain Ownership: Your domain remains yours. If you choose to cancel, we will transfer the domain to you. You will be responsible for any registration costs with your new provider and our time for the transfer at our standard hourly rate.
- Seamless Transfers: If your domain is currently hosted elsewhere, you must provide the necessary credentials for us to facilitate the transfer efficiently and securely.
- Optimized Hosting Environment: Our hosting includes high-speed performance, security measures, and uptime monitoring to ensure your website operates at peak efficiency.
Website Updates
Regular updates are critical to maintaining the security, functionality, and performance of your website. Outdated software and plugins are a leading cause of website vulnerabilities, making updates essential for security and stability.
- Weekly Maintenance: Updates for WordPress core, themes, and plugins with compatibility checks to prevent conflicts.
- Version Control & Rollbacks: We track changes and maintain version records to facilitate quick rollbacks if needed.
- Premium Plugin Licensing: JI Design manages renewals for essential, recurring-use plugins (e.g., Elementor Pro, UpdraftPlus, WP Mail SMTP Pro) that are part of our standard toolset. Site-specific or one-off plugin licenses are the client’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

- Support Scope: Support applies to website updates and maintenance-related requests only. Project work is scheduled separately.
Strategy Calls
Strategy calls are included based on your selected Care Plan tier and must be scheduled in advance through the provided link. Calls are 30 minutes and focus on website performance, planning, and upcoming needs. Unused strategy calls do not roll over.
- Priority: One strategy call per month
- Support: One strategy call per quarter
- Essential: One strategy call every six months
- Additional Calls: Additional consultations outside the included cadence are billed at the applicable hourly rate.
Auto-Updating Privacy Policy (Bonus!)
Compliance with online privacy laws is crucial for any website. We provide an automatically updating privacy policy to keep your site legally protected.
- Automated Policy Updates: Stay compliant with the latest privacy regulations through our partnership with Termageddon
- Free Setup: We offer a complimentary setup for this feature. We will schedule a time with you to collect the necessary information to ensure accuracy, and we will handle the setup process at no additional cost.
