The Sitka School District is a pillar of the Sitka community. The logo is a visual representation that captures the embodiment of the history, spirit and people of Sitka.

Their mission statement, “Discovering potential, nurturing growth and inspiring lifelong curiosity,” was the inspiration behind the design.
